William (Bill) Merritt, President and CEO, of
MTA has been providing professional services support to clients
in the financial community for more than 25 years. Bill's
success has come from his ability to understand clients' needs
and providing creative and cost effective solutions to their
requirements. In January 1998, Bill formed MTA. Nearly all of
his clients and his consultants have followed him. Bill grew up
on the north shore of Long Island. Bill attended Fairfield
University and graduated from CW Post College, with a Major in
Business Management and a Minor in Marketing. Bill and his wife
and daughter live in Wilton, CT. Bill has been an ice hockey
player his entire life, he enjoys restoring antique cars and
homes, and is a big sports fan.

Bob Schaffer has been recruiting I.T.
professionals for more than twelve years and joined MTA in
December of 1998. He resides in Valhalla, NY with his wife and
son. He attended Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ,
earning a degree in Philosophy. When he is not working, Bob
still enjoys reading authors such as Maurice Merleau Ponty and
Hans Gadamer, but lately has been focusing more on trends in
Information Technology and a bit of HTML programming. He is also
a bit of a runner doing an occasional 10K, a half Marathon and
even marathon. He divides his time between an old colonial
house, a bit of gardening and grounds work, enjoys live music
and reading when he can.

Kent Draper has been working as a Senior IT Recruiter for over
10 years in the New York City area. He has both agency
and human resources experience. While working with the
Visiting Nurse Service of New York, he headed up recruitment and
was solely responsible for recruitment and support of all
recruiting within their IT divisions. Kent holds a BFA
from the State University of NY at Purchase. He enjoys
baseball and is very active within the saltwater aquarium hobby
world within New York State. Kent resides in NY with his
wife and daughter.

Ellen Essman, Chief Financial Officer has
been with MTA since it was formed in 1998. Ellen is a 1981
graduate of Boston College Carroll School of Management. She
started her career with Price Waterhouse and received her CPA
designation in 1984. She is licensed to practice public
accounting in Connecticut and Massachusetts. Prior to joining
MTA she managed her own CPA practice, providing corporate tax
and business consulting services to a diverse portfolio of
industries as well as individual tax advice and preparation
services. Ellen is an active member of her community, and her
local church, currently serving as President of the Wilton
Woman's Club and as a Trustee of the Wilton Library Association.
She makes her home in Wilton, CT. there she lives with her
husband and three sons. In her free time she enjoys playing
tennis, hiking and reading.

Barbara Cancelliere, Corporate
Officer, has been with MTA since its formation. Barbara
is involved in numerous activities in support of the
back office of the organization. Prior to joining MTA,
for 12 years Barbara worked as a system administrator
and business liaison for several marketing
organizations. She graduated from CW Post College, with
a Major in Business Management. Barbara and her husband
and daughter live in Wilton, CT. Barbara is an exercise
enthusiast she enjoys skiing both downhill and cross
country, and has been an active member of her local
community.

Stanley Merritt
has been a Director of MTA since the company formed. He
is responsible for business expansion and planning. His
biography is featured in "Who's Who in America". Stan
retired in 2000 from Merritt Clapp, Inc., the
advertising agency he created and built into a
multi-million dollar organization with offices in NY, LA
and Chicago. He has been instrumental in assisting MTA
to structure and capitalize itself into the
multi-million dollar organization it has become. He has
helped position the organization for growth without risk
of under capitalization. An active tennis player, author
and collector of antique toy trains, Stan and his wife
make their home in Brookville, New York.
